ybet Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using the ybet platform (accessible at ybet.bio and any associated mobile applications or services), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and ybet (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our").

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the ybet platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of ybet following the publication of updated Terms shall constitute acceptance of those updates.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this agreement.

To register and maintain an active account on ybet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine law governing casino-style gambling and PAGCOR regulations. ybet does not permit persons under 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any wagering activity.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal at the time of placing any bet or accessing any game.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of ybet or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, cooling-off period, or regulatory prohibition from gambling at the time of registration or use.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during the registration process and keep that information up to date at all times.
• You must register only one (1) personal account. Operating multiple accounts — whether directly or through associates — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.

ybet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of your relationship with the platform, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Your ybet account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other individual. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, whether authorised by you or not.

• You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ybet will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or telephone.
• You must notify ybet immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation by contacting support at support@ybet.bio.
• Account names, display names, and associated details must not be offensive, defamatory, or in violation of third-party intellectual property rights.
• Your ybet wallet operates exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). All balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wager amounts are denominated in PHP.
• Inactive accounts — defined as accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months that hold a positive balance — may be subject to an inactivity fee of ₱100 per month, applied after prior written notice to the registered email address.

ybet may, at its discretion, impose account-level restrictions including deposit limits, wagering limits, or session time limits, either at the Player's request under our Responsible Gaming framework or where required by PAGCOR regulatory guidance.

ybet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP) through the following approved payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. Additional channels may be added or removed from time to time; the current list of accepted methods is always displayed on the Cashier page within your account.

• Deposits are generally credited to your ybet wallet within minutes of confirmation from your payment provider. ybet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or bank processing schedules.
• Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are set out in the Cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method. These amounts are reviewed periodically and may change with notice.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method in your own name. ybet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. This is a mandatory anti-money laundering control.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method but ybet targets completion of verified withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days. Withdrawals pending KYC verification may take longer.
• ybet reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any deposit or withdrawal transaction, including requesting supporting documentation, where required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• Deposits made in error or via unauthorised payment methods may be reversed at ybet's discretion, with any associated processing costs borne by the Player.

ybet offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

1. Bonuses are available to Philippine-resident Players with verified accounts who meet the specific eligibility criteria of each promotion.
2. All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion details page.
3. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
4. ybet reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements, and at what percentage. Live casino and sports betting wagers may contribute at a different rate than slot wagers — refer to individual promotion terms for specifics.
5. Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
6. ybet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time where there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or where required by PAGCOR regulatory guidance.
7. Winnings from bonus funds that exceed a specified cap (where applicable) will be capped at the maximum stated in the individual promotion terms.

If ybet reasonably determines that a Player has attempted to abuse a bonus or promotion — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or exploitation of system errors — ybet reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and take appropriate account action.

The ybet platform offers a range of gaming products including online bingo, slot games, live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo), sports betting, Circle, and Dice. Each product category is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the relevant game lobby or betting interface.

• Random Number Generators (RNG): All non-live casino and slot games on ybet use certified RNG systems that have been tested for fairness by independent auditing bodies. Results are statistically random and cannot be predicted or influenced by the Player or ybet.
• Live casino games are streamed from regulated studios. The rules of each live game variant are displayed within the game interface and are governed by the studio's own certified game rules.
• Sports betting markets and odds are set by ybet's trading team. Bets are accepted up to the market closure time displayed for each event. ybet reserves the right to void bets placed after the designated market closure time, including those placed on events already in progress unless explicitly offered as live/in-play markets.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during game play, ybet will investigate the affected session and resolve the matter in accordance with the relevant game rules. Incomplete game rounds or bets caused by technical failure may be voided and the wager returned.
• ybet reserves the right to limit maximum bet amounts and maximum winnings per Player, per game session, or per day, in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines and risk management requirements.
• Obvious pricing errors in sports betting markets — including odds that are clearly incorrect relative to the true market price — may be voided by ybet regardless of whether bets were accepted. ybet will endeavour to notify affected Players promptly.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ybet platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register using your identity or payment methods.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the ybet platform, including games, sports betting markets, or promotional systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, pricing errors, or other technical vulnerabilities. Any Player who discovers a vulnerability is obligated to report it to ybet immediately and must not exploit it.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting schemes, or coordinated bonus abuse with other Players or third parties.
• Depositing or wagering funds obtained through fraudulent, criminal, or unlawful means, or using the platform in any way that could facilitate money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ybet staff, support agents, or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the ybet platform, its software, or its proprietary content.

ybet is committed to promoting responsible gambling for all Filipino players. We recognise that while the majority of our players gamble for entertainment, some individuals may develop problematic gambling behaviour. ybet provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from your account dashboard:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
• Wagering limits — cap the total amount you can wager within a defined period.
• Session time reminders — receive notifications when you have been logged in for a set duration.
• Reality checks — periodic on-screen prompts showing your session duration and net win/loss position.
• Cooling-off periods — temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period (24 hours up to 6 weeks).
• Self-exclusion — permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the ybet platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.

All content on the ybet platform — including but not limited to the ybet brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, graphics, text, software, game assets, promotional materials, and any other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to ybet and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ybet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes.
• You must not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from the ybet platform without prior written authorisation from ybet.
• The trademarks, service marks, and trade names displayed on ybet are the registered or unregistered marks of ybet or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use these marks.
• Game content, including slot titles, live casino streams, and bingo software, is provided under licence from third-party game developers and studios. Your use of those games is also subject to the terms of those developers' licences as applicable.

Any unauthorised use of ybet's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil and/or criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ybet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and technology partners shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the ybet platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated winnings resulting from technical malfunctions, connectivity issues, or platform downtime.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, or data displayed on the platform that subsequently prove to be incorrect due to human or system error.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
• Interruptions, delays, or failures in the ybet platform caused by circumstances beyond ybet's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider failures, power outages, natural disasters, acts of government, or cyberattacks.
• Any loss or damage arising from your violation of these Terms & Conditions.

In all cases where ybet is found liable, our maximum aggregate liability to you in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall be limited to the total amount of deposits made by you to ybet in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ybet's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

ybet collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering on ybet, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Personal data collected includes your name, date of birth, contact details, government-issued ID information, payment method details, and transactional and gaming activity data.
• Your data is used for account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, regulatory reporting, and where you have consented, for marketing communications.
• ybet may be required to disclose your personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), or other Philippine government authorities pursuant to applicable law.
• You have the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances request the deletion of your personal data. Requests may be submitted to support@ybet.bio.

ybet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ybet has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You have provided false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Your account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise unlawful activity.
• Regulatory requirements or a direction from PAGCOR or another competent authority necessitates account closure.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other Players.

Upon closure of your account for breach of these Terms, ybet reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. Where closure results from a regulatory direction or confirmed fraud, balances may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting ybet support at support@ybet.bio. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe, provided all KYC and AML requirements have been satisfied.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the ybet platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your ybet account, game outcomes, bonus terms, or any other aspect of the platform, we encourage you to follow the process below:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint to ybet's customer support team at support@ybet.bio. Please include your account username, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant supporting information. Our team aims to respond within 48 hours.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at the initial support level, you may request escalation to the ybet Compliance Team by indicating this in your reply. Escalated complaints will be reviewed and responded to within 5 business days.
3. Step 3 — PAGCOR: If your dispute remains unresolved after exhausting ybet's internal complaints process, you may refer the matter to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) as the relevant regulatory body overseeing ybet's operations.

Game outcomes determined by certified RNG systems or live dealer results are final and binding, except in cases of proven technical malfunction as described in Section 6 of these Terms.

ybet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a Player — ybet will provide advance notice via email to your registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the ybet platform, no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required to maintain regulatory compliance — may be implemented immediately and without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the ybet platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.
